GREEN BAY – WMC’s Nick Novak joined The Morning News with Matt & Earl on 1360AM WTAQ Radio to discuss the latest findings of the Wisconsin Employer Survey. During the interview, Novak highlighted results showing 9 in 10 businesses are struggling to hire and wages are going up.
According to the survey, 82 percent of companies plan to raise wages by more than three percent in 2022, while over one-third plan to raise wages over four percent. Additionally, 68 percent of companies are looking to expand over the next six months and a majority believe the Wisconsin economy is strong.
